Hoagie Rolls

Ingredients
- 3 1⁄2 – 4 cups bread flour / 448-512 grams
- 1 1⁄4 -1 1⁄2 cups warm water (110-115F degrees) / 308-355 grams
- 2 Tablespoon sugar
- 1 packet instant yeast (2 1⁄4 teaspoons)
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt / 6 grams
- 4 Tablespoon cold butter, cubed
Instructions
Mix water, yeast, sugar & 2 cups flour for 2 minutes. Add in remaining ingredients except for butter. Mix dough for several minutes. Once dough is needed, add in cold butter 1 tablespoon at a time. Make sure butter is mixed in before adding another piece. This will take 5-10 min to fully incorporate. Let rise till double, punch down & divide into 6-8. Form into loaf, cover & let rise double. Mix 1 egg white & 1 tablespoon water to brush tops. Slice 2-3 small slits on top & bake at 375*F for 15-25 minutes(depending on size)
