Double Chocolate Crunch Bars

Ingredients

  • 1⁄2 cup butter
  • 3⁄4 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla 1⁄4 tsp baking powder
  • 3⁄4 cup flour
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa
  • 1⁄4 teaspoons salt
  • 1⁄2 bag small marshmallows
  • 1 cup peanut
  • 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 1⁄2 cups rice crispy

Instructions

Cream butter & sugar, add in egg’s & vanilla. Sift dry ingredients & mix into egg mixture. Spread into greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350* for 15-20 minutes.
Top with 1⁄2 bag small marshmallows & return to oven for 3 minutes.

Cool completely.

In a sauce pan melt 1 cup peanut butter & 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips over low heat. Stir till combined & add 1 1⁄2 cups rice crispy. Spread over cooled marshmallows. Chill & cut into bars.
