Butter Horn Cookies

Ingredients
- 4 cups flour
- 1 1⁄2 cups sour cream 2 egg yolks
- 1 lb butter
Filling
- 1 1⁄2 cup sugar (white or brown)
- 1 1⁄2 cups chopped pecans
- 2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
Mix flour & butter as you would for pie dough. Stir in sour cream & egg yolks. Divide in half & wrap in plastic wrap, refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Divide each half into 3, roll into a circle. Sprinkle with filling & cut into 12-14 wedges. Roll from wide end. Bake at 375°F for 15-20 minutes just till they start to lightly brown.
