Amish Bread

Ingredients
- 3 cups warm water
- 2 tablespoons yeast
- 1⁄4-1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1⁄3 cup vegetable or olive oil 2 tsp salt
- 6-7 cups AP or bread flour
Instructions
Mix water, sugar & yeast, let set a few minutes. Add in half of your flour, salt & oil. Mix for several minutes then add in remaining flour. Mix on medium for 5 minutes. Cover dough & let rise till doubled. Form dough into 3 loaves & into greased bread pans. Let rise till doubled. Bake at 375°F for 25-30 minutes or till golden brown. Remove bread from pans to cooling rack & enjoy!
